Day 1 : Ha Noi- Lao Cai (Overnight on train)

Your train ticket(s) will be delivered to your hotel in Hanoi (hotel’s address in Hanoi need to be advised). At 18h30, our bus will transfer you to Hanoi railway station for catching night train to Lao Cai.  train is leaving Hanoi at 20h40. Overnight is on train (4 berths soft sleeper with A/C).

Day 2 : Lao Cai train station – Sa Pa – Cat Cat – Sa Pa    B,L   

The train from Hanoi arrives to Lao Cai Station approx. at 05:30 am. Our driver will welcome you and pick you up with shuttle bus to Sapa (40km). You will have an early check-in in Chau Long Sapa Hotel then you can enjoy delicious buffet breakfast at Muong Hoa restaurant at the hotel. After breakfast, you will have a free time in the morning to take a rest or to walk around Sapa town. In the afternoon you will have a pleasant tour to Cat Cat village, home to Black H’mong people. You will walk with your English speaking guide downhill about 4 km. On the way to the village you have the opportunity to enjoy breathtaking scenery of the mountains range and peaceful Muong Hoa valley; notice the villagers working on the paddy rice fields, their children playing around, and their animals such as: water-buffaloes, pot-belled pigs and chickens. You can also see on the way an old hydro-electric power station which was built in the early 20th century by French.After crossing a village, we’ll arrive to a beautiful waterfall which is a good place for refreshing and taking pictures. At the end of the tour, you will return back to Sapa by car.

At evening you have free time to explore the night life of Sapa. Overnight in Sapa .

Day 3 : Sa Pa – Lao Chai – Ta Van – Giang Ta Chai  - Sa Pa   B,L ,D  

After having a breakfast, you will start your journey from Sapa by car to Lao Chai village, home to Black H’mong ethnic minority people. You will enjoy a pleasant walk from Lao Chai to Tavan village, home to Dzay hill tribal people. Here you will have a rest and enjoy delicious lunch, prepared by your guide in a local house.  After lunch the walk continues for about 2 hours through a bamboo forest, waterfalls and mountainous scenery to Giang Ta Chai village, home to Red Dzao ethnic group. After exploring the village and taking a rest at the nearby waterfall to refresh, you will be picked up by car back to Sapa at the end of the trip. You will have a free time in the evening and overnight in Sapa.

Day 4 : Sa Pa – Dragon Mountain – Lao Cai train station  B

After breakfast at the hotel, the guide will take you to visit the Dragon Mountain in Sapa, where you can enjoy the beautiful view over Sapa town, to visit the “music village” with traditional ethnic music, to walk around black rock mountains and many kinds of flowers like orchids and roses. Then you will come back to the hotel to take a rest before check-out. Late of the day, get pick up by shuttle bus and tour guide to Laocai for catching night train to Hanoi. You can have a dinner on your own at one of the restaurants around Lao Cai Station before taking an overnight train back to Ha Noi. End of services.
