Itinerary
Welcome to Luang Prabang ā the spiritual heart of Laos and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Upon arrival, your local guide will greet you and transfer you to your centrally located hotel. After a short rest, begin your discovery with a visit to the Royal Palace Museum, once home to the Lao royal family, and Wat Mai, famous for its golden bas-reliefs.
As the afternoon softens, climb Mount Phousi for panoramic views over the city and the Mekong River at sunset ā a magical introduction to Luang Prabangās serenity.
End the day wandering through the Night Market, where Hmong artisans sell beautiful handwoven textiles.

After breakfast, visit Wat Sene, one of the cityās oldest temples, and the magnificent Wat Xieng Thong, famed for its intricate āTree of Lifeā mosaic.
Then embark on a scenic boat cruise upstream the Mekong River, passing peaceful villages and limestone cliffs. Stop to explore the revered Pak Ou Caves, filled with thousands of Buddha statues left by pilgrims over centuries. Along the way, visit Ban Xanghai, known for its traditional rice wine, and Ban Xang Khong, where artisans produce handmade silk and Saa paper.
Return to Luang Prabang in the late afternoon.
