Itinerary

Pick-up: 7:30AM / 9:00AM | Drop-off: ~15:00PM / 18:30PM

Spiritual discovery meets wartime history on this enriching journey into Vietnam’s cultural and historical heart.
Time: Full Day | Duration: ~8-9 hours | Distance: ~100 km to Tay Ninh / ~40 km to Cu Chi

Begin your day with a scenic 2.5-hour drive northwest to Tay Ninh, home to the majestic Cao Dai Temple—the spiritual center of Caodaism, a uniquely Vietnamese religion that harmoniously blends elements of Buddhism, Taoism, Confucianism, and Catholicism. Arrive in time to witness the midday prayer ceremony, a mesmerizing display of vibrant robes, chanting, and spiritual devotion.

After a local lunch, continue to the Cu Chi Tunnels, an underground labyrinth once used by Viet Cong fighters during the Vietnam War. Explore the tunnels, discover hidden trapdoors and field hospitals, and hear incredible stories of resilience and ingenuity. For those seeking a more immersive experience, try crawling through a section of the tunnels or fire historic weapons like the AK47 or M16 at the shooting range (optional).

Return to Ho Chi Minh City in the late afternoon.

This tour is perfect for culturally curious travelers and history lovers seeking depth and variety in a single day.
