Overview

Just an hour and a half from bustling Ho Chi Minh City lies Cu Chi, a land that witnessed both struggle and strength.
Here, beneath the quiet forest floor, stretch hundreds of kilometers of tunnels built by Vietnamese soldiers during wartime — a true symbol of endurance and ingenuity.
This half-day tour offers a powerful glimpse into history, inviting you to crawl through the narrow passages, touch relics of the past, and feel the spirit of Vietnam’s resilience come alive.

Itinerary

Morning – Journey to Cu Chi
Depart from your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City at 7:30 AM for a scenic drive of about 60 km to the Cu Chi Tunnels. Upon arrival, watch a documentary film introducing the history of the area and the incredible underground system built during the Vietnam War.

Explore the Tunnels
After a short walk through the forest, visit wartime relics including the Hoang Cam smokeless kitchen, secret hideouts, fighting bunkers, and dangerous booby traps.
Then, venture underground to explore the narrow passageways — an unforgettable experience that gives you a real sense of life as a soldier during the war.

A Taste of the Past
Enjoy steamed cassava and hot tea, the humble wartime snack that sustained generations of soldiers.

Return to Saigon
After your exploration, drive back to Ho Chi Minh City and arrive at your hotel around 1:00 PM.
