Overview
This 3-day private tour takes you overland from Ho Chi Minh City to the coastal city of Nha Trang in South-Central Vietnam. Traveling along the coastline, the route includes stops at Phan Thiet and the Ca Na Coast for sightseeing and meals. In Nha Trang, the itinerary covers a boat cruise to a nearby island for swimming and observing marine life, followed by a city tour visiting historical and religious sites such as Long Son Pagoda, the Rocky Mountain Church, and the local Dam Market. It provides a straightforward balance of scheduled sightseeing and independent free time.
Itinerary
Depart from Ho Chi Minh City via a private minivan for the overland road trip to Nha Trang. We will make a stop for lunch in the coastal city of Phan Thiet. Continuing the drive, we will visit the Ca Na Coast, an area known for its arid foothills and unique local practices such as lizard fishing. Upon arrival in Nha Trang in the late afternoon, we will check into the hotel. The rest of the day is free at your leisure to settle in, explore the city center, or walk along the main public beach.
Overnight in Nha Trang.
In the morning, take a short drive to Cau Da Harbor, located at the southern end of the city. Board a boat for a cruise to a nearby island to observe the local marine life and underwater botanical ecosystems. Enjoy lunch on the island before returning to the mainland for an afternoon city tour. You will visit Long Son Pagoda, known for its large white Buddha statue seated on the hilltop, and the French-built, stone-facade Rocky Mountain Church. The day concludes with a shopping stop at Dam Market, the largest commercial trading hub in the city for dry goods and regional specialties. Return to your hotel with the evening free at your leisure.

The morning is free at your leisure to pack, enjoy the hotel facilities, or pick up last-minute souvenirs. Following this, you will be picked up and transferred back to Ho Chi Minh City. The tour concludes upon arrival at your original departure point in Saigon in the evening.
